See our full pricing listThe number of calling channels on your account determines how many calls you can make or receive at the same time. Think of them as phone lines.
With Cloud PBX plans, Tel2 provides one complimentary calling channel on every account, plus one additional channel for each Cloud PBX phone number added. These channels are shared across the entire account.
Example: 5 Cloud PBX phone numbers = 6 calling channels in total.
Free extensions do not add to the channel count. If required, additional channels can be purchased for £1 each.
Tel2 places no limit on the number of inbound calls you can receive.
However, the number of channels on your account determines how many calls you can receive simultaneously.

Tel2 offers extensions at no additional cost.
Extensions are internal numbers used within your phone system. They do not include a Direct Inward Dial (DID) and do not increase your calling channel limit.
Extensions can be used in IVRs, call queues, or linked to a DID for external calling via the PSTN.
A Cloud PBX Line is a fully featured business phone line powered by our hosted phone system. It includes all Cloud PBX features plus built-in AI tools such as call transcription, summaries, and sentiment analysis.
Each line represents a user or phone number on your system and adds one concurrent calling channel.
Cloud PBX Lines are the standard choice for most businesses, providing a fully managed phone system without the need to maintain on-site PBX hardware.
If you already have your own PBX or phone system and simply need inbound and outbound calling, see Voice Lines.
A Voice Line is a phone number that does not include Cloud PBX features. These are typically used for connecting to your own PBX.

Tel2 offers a free 30 day trial of our voice services.
The trial includes one UK phone number and 60 minutes of calling to UK landlines and mobiles.
All Cloud PBX features and AI Voice features are also included.
No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, your service will be automatically converted to a "Flex Line" costing £4 + VAT (£4.80 incl VAT) per month unless a different plan is manually chosen.
You may choose any local UK phone number you like. When your trial concludes, you can choose to keep the phone number or port a number that you already own to the Tel2 network.
To take advantage of the free trial, sign up and choose the "Free Trial Plan" when prompted.
Please Note: Free trials are not available for toll-free numbers or Microsoft Teams Calling.

Call recordings are available free with any Microsoft Teams Calling plan.
Recordings can be stored for up to 7 years and include basic AI Voice features like call transcription and sentiment analysis.
